OK so I had to read around to find the answer on this one. Looks like it depends on the type of secondary: lycee classique or lycee technique; this determines how long German is used for education. Luxemburgish is an obvious requirement, with French and German taught in primary school. However, before ending the wiki article it adds that English is another requirement. Looks like there are four, but we need a Luxemberger to settle this completely.
