  1. @Shannon I presume common knowledge, any dietary restriction necessitates added mindfulness to make sure you’re still getting the nutrients you need, and like a lot of seeds/fruiting bodies (cause y’know, they evolved to propagate life) whole wheat and it’s products do have a decent amount of a wide variety of nutrients that would need to be found elsewhere if you forwent grains.
