That’s the reason why some anglo-saxon critics thought Princess Diana’s first responder did a bad job taking too much time to rush her to a hospital.
They didn’t know that in France we bring the hospital to the people in need and that she was already receiving medical care on the premices of the accident.
It’s only for certain high-level screened calls, not every call.
