  1. Why. O. Why aren’t we putting these wonderful things to work? Of course, the deal would need to be sweetened – but truly! More plastic than fish in the ocean by 2030? Does anyone want that – or doesn’t anyone care? Surely science could do something to curb this looming disaster.
